Key Features of Compliance Dashboard Application: This application maintains its own user master, since only a subset of employees will have access to the Compliance Dashboard. Only Active users in user master are allowed access to the system. Also these users can be mapped to different companies (if there is more than one company in your Group) All application users have access to the Home page of the application. Besides the Home page, access to any other feature will depend on type of user (e.g. Administrator, Normal User, Manager, Senior Management). Administrator - Overall Administrator. Normal User - User Responsible for a particular Compliance. Manager – Is the user who has Normal Users reporting into him/her The application allows the administrator to configure and assign a person responsible and the Manager responsible for the compliance. Administrator can also configure periodicity for the compliance (Daily/Weekly/Monthly etc), due date for the compliance, date when the email alerts should start etc. Compliance Dashboard application has an Alert Monitor. This alert monitor sends email alert reminders to the Person Responsible if the Compliance is still due. Similarly, the alert monitor also sends alert reminder to the Manager of each open Compliance. The alert-monitor is implemented as a scheduler service, which runs daily at a fixed time which is configurable. A month calendar in the Dashboard displays the dates on which Compliances are due in the current month. The dates with compliance are colored. Green color indicates closed compliances, Yellow color indicates the compliance needs to be submitted, Red color indicates the compliances are overdue, Brown Color indicates late closure & Blue Color indicates closure without proof. Pie Charts and Bar graphs depict the compliances for the user. Transaction entry module allows the user to enter the date on which the compliance was submitted, the date on which the submission was entered into the system, the receipt number of the document provided by the Compliance department on closure of the Compliance. An option is provided to attach the scanned image of the Compliance evidence. On entering a transaction or updating a transaction the system sends an email to the user’s Manager. The Manager can access the details of the transaction by clicking on the link provided in the email. Search Module allows the users to search submissions against a compliance instance. This intelligent Search option lets you analyse various Compliances with ease. Graphs: Users can view pie-charts and bar graphs based on various search criteria’s. The Dash Board View – This is what you see when you login ![]() On the top left is the monthly calendar. This displays the dates on which Compliances are present for the colored dates. A mouse over on the date will show the number of compliances for the date. Next to the calendar is a Bar chart which displays the Compliance details for the Quarter Department wise. A Filter or Search Criteria is found below the calendar and the Bar chart. The Compliance list at the bottom of the dashboard displays the details of all the compliances for the current month. By clicking on the VIEW icon against a compliance, it will be possible to open a window which will provide exhaustive information about the chosen compliance. By clicking on the UPDATE button, the user can CLOSE the compliance and attach scanned images as EVIDENCE for closure. The displayed data can be exported to an Excel file or a PDF document for required analysis outside the Compliance Management System. |
